Important Information Regarding the Discontinuation of TASAKU Service

As of June 30, 2024, the SAKU Savings (TASAKU) service has been officially discontinued and Bank Sahabat Sampoerna will no longer collaborate with Alfamart and Alfamidi to provide TASAKU service.

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna extends its gratitude to customers who have trusted and used the TASAKU service over the years.

To withdraw any remaining funds from your TASAKU account, please contact our call center at 1500 035.

With the closure of the TASAKU service, customers are encouraged to explore other savings alternatives offered by Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, which provide various conveniences and benefits. For more information, please click here.

With this superior alternative, the presence of TASAKU is no longer necessary, and TASAKU customers are encouraged to switch to the Sampoerna Mobile Saving. The TASAKU service will be discontinued starting June 30, 2024.
