Bank Sampoerna held another Sampoerna Fest, an edutainment festival that aims to promote financial literacy and inclusion, especially among the youth. This event, which was held for the third time in 2024, was held in the historic Sam Poo Kong area, Semarang, on Saturday, 9 November 2024.
Sampoerna Fest 2024 offers a series of engaging, educational, and entertaining activities. Visitors can immerse themselves in practical and easy-to-understand educational sessions on financial management, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to manage their finances effectively. The event also features a range of activities that blend entertainment and learning, all aimed at enhancing financial literacy and awareness of illegal online lenders.
Bank Sampoerna, in a testament to its commitment to financial literacy, partnered with the Universitas Negeri Semarang’s student body. This collaboration brought a wealth of knowledge on personal financial planning, investment, and modes of economic crime to Sampoerna Fest 2024.
Adding to the excitement, Sampoerna Fest 2024 featured a diverse range of entertainment, including live music, art performances, and games. These activities, designed for all age groups but particularly appealing to millennials and Generation Z, created a lively and engaging atmosphere. The blend of fun and education effectively conveyed the importance of financial literacy and inclusion.
As part of its commitment to promoting financial literacy from an early age, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (BSS) hosted its "Adventure at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna" program on Thursday (June 25) in Jakarta. The program welcomed 46 students from Grade 4 of elementary school to Grade 9 of junior high school and was officially opened by BSS Director of Information Technology, Hendra Rahardja.
In the spirit of Eid al-Adha and as part of its commitment to supporting the surrounding community, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna donated one sacrificial cow to Sampoerna Land for distribution to residents in need around the Sampoerna Strategic Square area.
During the holy month of Ramadan, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, in collaboration with KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, organized an iftar (breaking of the fast) gathering with the children of Yayasan Al Kahfi in Central Jakarta. The event was held as part of the institutions’ commitment to sharing joy and togetherness with the children during the blessed month of Ramadan.
On December 16, 2025, in celebration of Christmas, Bank Sampoerna held a social activity at Desa Putera Orphanage as a form of care and an effort to share happiness with the children.
To increase social awareness toward the surrounding community during Eid al-Adha, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna donated one cow to Sampoerna Land to be distributed to those in need around the Sampoerna Strategic Square building.
