“Many banks still doubt the credibility of a Taekwondo training business. Even though, at that time, I had been training and opening this business for dozens of years. Only Bank Sampoerna is willing to support MSME funding for my Taekwondo training,” said Mrs. Carolina, owner and head of the Nenggala Taekwondo School while receiving Bank Sampoerna’s visit to the Nenggala Taekwondo School in the Kedoya area, South Jakarta, on Friday (26/01/24).
This visit begins a series of visits to customers loyal to using various Bank Sampoerna’s products and services. On this occasion, present representing Bank Sampoerna management included Mr. Michael Suryadi (SME Business Division Head), Mr. Ridy Sudarma (Corp. Comm. & Investor Relations Division Head), Mrs. Shiska Hidayat (BM Puri Branch), and Mrs. Yuliana (LBM Puri Branch).
Taekwondo Nenggala has approximately 600 students across 18 Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bogor branches. Apart from training for children, teenagers, and adults, Nenggala also holds various social activities for older people and children with special needs such as autism.

As part of its commitment to promoting financial literacy from an early age, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (BSS) hosted its "Adventure at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna" program on Thursday (June 25) in Jakarta. The program welcomed 46 students from Grade 4 of elementary school to Grade 9 of junior high school and was officially opened by BSS Director of Information Technology, Hendra Rahardja.

The event was held as part of the institutions’ commitment to sharing joy and togetherness with the children during the blessed month of Ramadan.
On December 16, 2025, in celebration of Christmas, Bank Sampoerna held a social activity at Desa Putera Orphanage as a form of care and an effort to share happiness with the children.
To increase social awareness toward the surrounding community during Eid al-Adha, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna donated one cow to Sampoerna Land to be distributed to those in need around the Sampoerna Strategic Square building.
