Remittance
Remittance is a transfer service provided by Bank Sahabat Sampoerna for customers to send and receive money in foreign currency overseas or domestically.
- Applicable to both individual and corporate customers.
- To conduct a remittance transaction, customers must have a Sampoerna Foreign Currency Savings and/or Sampoerna Foreign Currency Current Account, or a non-foreign currency Savings/Current Account as the source of funds.
- Applicable to both Indonesian citizens (WNI) and non-citizens (WNA).
- Affordable service fees.
- Remittance transactions can be made at the following Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Offices/Sub-Branch Offices (KCP):
- Remittance service are divided into two types:
a. Direct Settlement Remittance
A foreign currency fund transfer service within Indonesia that is processed in real time. The transaction is settled using correspondent banks located in Indonesia.
b. Non-Direct Settlement Remittance (via Intermediary Bank)
A foreign currency fund transfer service for international or domestic transfers that is not processed in real time. The transaction is settled through correspondent or intermediary banks.

Notes
- The above fees are subject to change at any time, including if the Correspondent Bank changes fees or the Correspondent Bank itself changes.
- The above service fees will be charged per remittance transaction.
*The OUR/FULLPAY service is an outgoing remittance service that guarantees full receipt of funds by the recipient without any deductions. Terms and conditions for the OUR/FULLPAY service:
- The maximum transaction amount for the OUR/FULLPAY outgoing remittance is equivalent to USD 3,000,000
- The OUR/FULLPAY service is not valid for remittance transactions to banks in Japan or Japanese bank branches located in other countries.
- A Service fee applies to all OUR/FULLPAY payments (the tiered system does not apply).
- The above fees apply per remittance transaction.
A repair fee will be charged to the customer if any changes are requested as follows:
- Change of beneficiary account number
- Change of beneficiary name or address
- Change of beneficiary information

Keterangan:
- 5 BEN Fee: the transfer fee is borne by the recipient, where the fee will be deducted from the amount received by the recipient.
- 6 OUR Fee: the transfer fee is borne by the sender, where the recipient receives the full amount without any deduction.
- 7 Amendment Fee: the fee will be charged to the sender if an amendment or update is made to the transfer sent to the correspondent bank (for example: changes to the recipient’s account number, recipient’s name, recipient’s address, or recipient information)
- 8 Cancellation Fee: the fee will be charged to the sender if a cancellation or recall request is made to the correspondent bank.
